A contest of project ideas as a part of “Participation Environment” Programme

Centre for Digital Cultures and Media Literacy and Vladimir Potanin Foundation announce a contest of project ideas as a part of “Participation Environment” Programme. 

Participation Environment is a joint programme with the Vladimir Potanin Foundation on the development of university’s collaboration with cultural and social institutions. Master’s students create digital humanitarian transmedia projects for museums, theatres, libraries, non-governmental and charity organizations, local media. The practice of introducing courses aimed at impact production at HSE University allows to spread the collaboration-participation experience to everyday activities of various universities and social-cultural institutions in different regions of the country. Students who are involved in the “Participation Environment” programme and who are working at digital projects for cultural and social institutions in Perm, Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk are invited to take part in the contest. The goal is to learn new approaches and practices in modern digital industries, to launch and to shape the model of cooperation between educational programmes of universities and cultural and social regional institutions, and to broaden the students’ preparation.
